Here we are heading towards the end of November and we have had one shower this month here in Marbella, Spain and the temperatures midday are always in the 20's. At the start of November the weather in Southern Spain was in the mid to high 20's and now we are seeing temperatures of around 22 degrees. Basically I am wearing a tshirt and jeans during the day and in the mornings I need a jacket or jumper until the sun warms the air up. Still seeing plenty of people sunbathing on the beaches but lovely as there are no crowds. I love this time of year in Spain.
We had a lovely time in Tarifa camping in November, windy, it always is there, but a super time to go camping as there were hardly any people there apart from those die hard wind surfers and kite surfers. It was a little on the cold side in the mornings so we won't go camping in Spain again now until either February half term or certainly at Easter. You can't pre-book your camping pitches in Tarifa so we'll just have to hope we get a good spot. During the summer the camping sites in Tarfia become very popular. If you can't get a camping pitch then just keep driving as all the way down the coast there are plenty of camping sites and even past Tarifa that coastline is glorious....
About Me
- angel
- My name is Anna and I've been living in Marbella on the Costa del Sol for 8 years. A recent convert to camping, ( had no idea how much fun it could be, yes, seriously) and spend most of my Thursdays whining to my husband, pleading for him to take me and the three little darlings for a week-end camping by the white, unspoilt beaches of Tarifa, right on the Atlantic Ocean.
